Players from these states may face penalties imposed by state or central authorities. We and Tencricplay do not accept registrations from these areas. Should a resident from these states create an account using deceptive information (such as incorrect state details or IP addresses), they will be fully responsible. We reserve the right to terminate such accounts immediately and to seize any deposits or winnings.

If a platform fee is charged and your account or Services are suspended or removed due to our fault, we will refund the fee. However, refunds will not be provided for suspensions or removals resulting from user breaches or factors beyond our control. By using Tencricplay, you consent to receiving communications from us or our partners.

Intellectual Property

Player Conduct

You agree to comply with these Terms and all associated rules. Failure to do so may result in action by Tencricplay, including account suspension or termination. Any remaining funds will be transferred to your bank account, subject to processing fees, or prizes may not be awarded.

You must provide accurate and current information during registration and keep it updated. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. Ensure Tencricplay emails are not marked as spam to receive important notifications. Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account details. Report any unauthorized access immediately. Log out after each session to safeguard your account. Cheating or using unauthorized software is strictly forbidden.

Players agree not to duplicate, alter, lease, lend, sell, transfer, or otherwise manipulate the proprietary technology or software that underpins Tencricplay and its Services. This includes any attempt to undermine or compromise the technology or software.

Players consent not to modify or authorize alterations to any files or software integral to Tencricplay’s Services without explicit written authorization from Tencricplay. Additionally, players agree not to disrupt, overload, or assist in the disruption or overloading of (a) any computer or server used to provide or support Tencricplay or its Services (hereafter referred to as a “Server”); or (b) interfere with another player’s ability to access or enjoy Tencricplay Services.

Players are prohibited from initiating or participating in any form of attack, including but not limited to distributing malware, denial-of-service attacks, or any other activities aimed at disrupting Tencricplay Services or hindering another user’s experience. Unauthorized attempts to access player accounts, Servers, or networks linked to Tencricplay Services through means other than the provided interface, including bypassing or tampering with security mechanisms, are strictly forbidden.

Players must not use Tencricplay for the following purposes:

  • Engaging in or endorsing actions that are obscene, offensive, indecent, racial, communal, anti-national, objectionable, defamatory, or abusive.
  • Harassing, stalking, threatening, or infringing upon the legal rights of others.
  • Publishing, posting, uploading, emailing, distributing, or transmitting (collectively, “Transmit”) any content that is inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful.
  • Transmitting files containing viruses, corrupted data, or any other software designed to harm or interfere with another person’s computer, Tencricplay, or any associated software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
  • Advertising, offering, or selling goods or services for commercial purposes on Tencricplay without explicit written consent.
  • Disseminating content related to services, products, surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, spam, unsolicited advertising or promotional materials, or chain letters.
  • Downloading files, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise altering products in a manner not legally permitted, or falsifying author attributions, legal notices, or proprietary labels.
  • Restricting or inhibiting other players from using and enjoying any public areas on our site.
  • Collecting or storing personal information about other players without authorization.
  • Interfering with or disrupting Tencricplay, its servers, or networks.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, including Tencricplay representatives, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organization.
  • Forging headers or manipulating identifiers to obscure the origin of any content transmitted through Tencricplay or to alter your presence on the platform.
  • Placing an unreasonable or disproportionate burden on our infrastructure.
  • Engaging in illegal activities or using our forums and communication facilities inappropriately.

If a Player selects a username that Tencricplay deems offensive, inappropriate, or likely to bring Tencricplay into disrepute, Tencricplay reserves the right to alter or remove the username, posts, or access without prior notice. We may also restrict or deny access as necessary.

Unauthorized access to Tencricplay constitutes a breach of these Terms and relevant laws. Players agree to access Tencricplay only through the provided interface and not to employ any automated tools, such as agents, robots, scripts, or spiders, unless pre-approved by Tencricplay in writing.

Tencricplay operates in compliance with applicable laws and legal processes. These Terms do not limit Tencricplay’s rights to fulfill governmental, judicial, or law enforcement requests related to Player use. For support, Players may contact the Tencricplay Support Team.

Individuals under eighteen (18) years old must obtain consent from their parents or legal guardians before providing any personal data, participating in activities, or engaging with Tencricplay. Participation without such consent is prohibited, and Tencricplay reserves the right to disqualify such individuals at its sole discretion if discovered.

Tencricplay advises parents to oversee their children’s online activities and use parental control tools to ensure a safe online environment. These tools can help prevent children from disclosing personal information without parental permission. Although minors may access certain Tencricplay Services with parental consent, they may not participate in contests where age restrictions apply. Tencricplay is not liable for any content contributed by users.

Contests, Participation, and Prizes

Tencricplay offers both paid and free contest formats. Players may join contests by paying the specified fee outlined on the contest page. The participant with the highest total score at the end of the contest will be eligible for the prize indicated. Players may create multiple teams for various fantasy sports events, unless otherwise specified. In “Multiple Entry Contests,” players can submit more than one team but cannot modify or revise these teams once submitted. Tencricplay may also set limits on the number of teams per player or entries per contest as deemed appropriate.

Participants must pay a designated fee for contest access. Residents of Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, or Telangana are prohibited from participating in paid contests.

Contest Formats

Tencricplay provides contests in two primary formats:

  • Public Contests: Open to all players with varying participant numbers (e.g., 2, 3, 5, 10, 100). Public contests may be paid and will proceed once the required number of participants is reached. If the participant count is insufficient, fees will be refunded.
  • Private Contests: Players can create private contests and invite others. A private contest requires a specified number of participants. If the required number is not met within one hour before the contest starts, it may be converted to a public contest, though Tencricplay cannot guarantee this conversion or additional participants.

For private contests, the contest creator must provide an identification code and invite players. If the private contest does not meet the participant threshold, fees will be refunded. Tencricplay is not liable for technical issues or eligibility problems affecting participant entry.

Eligibility Requirements

Our contests are exclusively open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and are currently residing within India. Due to regulatory restrictions in specific states, individuals from Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, and Telangana are not eligible to participate in the paid versions of our contests. To participate, you must possess a valid email address and complete registration on Tencricplay. Only those who have adhered to our registration procedures and are registered for each contest round are eligible to compete and potentially win prizes.

Payment Protocols and Player Funds Management

All financial transactions on Tencricplay are conducted in Indian Rupees. Upon registration, players will have access to a personal account where all financial transactions are recorded. Payments for participation in cash games must be made through this account, and any cash prizes won will be credited to it. Ensure that any payment transactions are performed using your own secure device. You are free to deposit funds up to the limits specified by us; however, responsible play is encouraged. We may impose monthly deposit limits and additional conditions at our sole discretion.

Transactions involving credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, and online banking are processed through third-party payment gateways. These intermediaries handle authorization and processing, and we are not accountable for delays or issues arising from their end. In case of deposit issues, please follow the complaint process outlined in the “Complaints and Disputes” section. Tencricplay will not be liable for delays or declines caused by external factors. Once a transaction is approved, the funds will be immediately available in your account for gameplay.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction at our discretion. If a transaction is reversed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method. Player funds are held in trust in dedicated bank accounts, separate from our operational funds. In the unlikely event of insolvency, your deposits will be prioritized as permitted by law over other claims.

Withdrawal Procedures and Conditions

Winnings can be withdrawn through either an account payee cheque or an electronic bank transfer. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

Tencricplay may require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation to verify your identity and address at any time. Withdrawals will only be processed from accounts that have successfully completed the KYC verification process. You may request a withdrawal from your account at any time, but immediate withdrawals following a cash deposit are restricted. Engaging in fantasy sports gameplay is necessary before requesting a withdrawal. Once you request a withdrawal and it has been verified, we will process it according to your chosen method, though we may opt to issue a cheque if needed. We will make every effort to process withdrawals promptly, but delays may occur due to verification and transaction processing times. Tencricplay is not liable for compensation due to delays in payment. To win a prize, you must be a resident of India and access Tencricplay’s services from within the country.

Fantasy Points Calculation and Accuracy

Tencricplay relies on third-party providers for score feeds and fantasy point calculations. In the rare event of inaccuracies or incomplete information from these sources, Tencricplay will make best efforts to correct errors before prize distribution. However, Tencricplay does not guarantee the accuracy of these third-party feeds and is not responsible for any discrepancies in score calculation or winner selection. Participants agree not to hold Tencricplay liable for any issues arising from inaccuracies in third-party data.

Winner Selection and Prize Allocation

Winners are determined based on the cumulative scores of their teams during designated contest rounds, which may span from a single day to the duration of an entire tournament. Participants with the highest aggregate scores will be declared winners. In certain contests, multiple winners may be recognized and awarded based on their team’s score rankings. Details regarding the number of winners and prize distribution will be outlined on the contest page prior to the start of the event.

Disqualification and Tie-Breaking Procedures

Participants who create teams on behalf of others will be disqualified. In the event of a tie, the prize will be equally distributed among the tied participants. If it is discovered that winners have not complied with our Terms and Conditions or contest rules, they will forfeit their prizes, and Tencricplay will not be liable for any claims related to such non-compliance.

Winner Notification and Verification

Winners will be contacted via the email address provided during registration. The verification process and required documentation will be communicated at this time. Typically, winners will need to submit a PAN card, government-issued proof of residence, and bank account details. Prizes will not be disbursed until these documents have been received and verified within the specified timeframe. Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration details. Tencricplay is not liable for communication errors or omissions. The list of winners will be posted on our website, and winners will also be notified via email. If a participant listed as a winner does not receive communication, they should reach out to Tencricplay within the timeframe specified on the website.

Verification Process and Disqualification Grounds

Only winners who complete the verification process and provide the required documents within the specified deadline will be eligible to receive their winnings. Tencricplay may disqualify winners at its sole discretion if any submitted document or information is found to be incorrect, misleading, false, or incomplete. Additionally, disqualification may occur if participants do not meet the eligibility criteria or other grounds as determined by Tencricplay. If a participant in the paid contest formats is found to be underage, Tencricplay reserves the right to disqualify them and forfeit their prize, and may also suspend or terminate their account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tencricplay makes no representations regarding the quality or suitability of any prizes and accepts no liability for such matters. We may modify or adjust prizes at our discretion, and participants cannot contest or question these changes. Responsibility for prize delivery, including shipping and handling costs, falls on the winners. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. No cash claims will be accepted in lieu of non-cash prizes.
